Chuck Hilpl of Chuck Hilpl Fine Art has been painting for over 40 years. Chuck has delved in many architectural designs over the years and in fact this is his second time (about 40 years later), doing a light house, but this time it is for Philabundance.org (a fine Philadelphia establishment that feeds the community) and which Chuck has been involved.
